Professional in plastic arts and photography of the school of arts and letters and certificates in curating museums and art, photography and management of the culture of the National University. Ana is currently director of art and culture of the city of Chia, Cundinamarca, where it restores, creates and protects the artistic identity of art Colombian. She has been part of the background artistic for more than 20 years.
From I work with non-profit organizations who teach art to child victims of violence with “World Vision” to strengthen children and women using art as a tool as a means of healing and protest. What’s more from being an advocate for social programs of violence against women, she has been part of various exhibitions around the nation and abroad, and was a professor of photography at the Savannah College. In addition, Ana María has been part of the national awards and international for his photographs and paintings, such as the 100 best photographs of Colombia “Libro 100 ”, BOGO Art and the exhibition“ The Top 10 Artists ”in New York 2012.
