The artistic work of Benjamin-François consists of covering deadwood found in rivers with gold leaves of 24 carats. The union of gold and deadwood gives an original and unusual concept that combines ancient techniques and contemporary art. For each work of art, the woods duly selected are submitted during the preparatory work to a harmonious and balanced transformation for later conversion into aesthetic work. The artist strives to preserve all the authenticity and originality of the deadwood from the rivers to ensure that each work of art is its own piece.
