Santiago, Dominican Republic. 1982. Architect, designer, illustrator, audiovisual creator. His works have appeared in the international magazines RevolutionArt and Punto de Encuentro, album covers and editorial publications, including six consecutive anthologies of the Radio Santa María Short Story Contest (2016-2021).

Since 2005 he writes on his personal blog POP69 (pop69.blogspot.com), where as of 2012 he has created eight (8) thematic series of illustrations with accompanying writings, from which a selection published in the book Ristras: Drawings and Stories of Karim López, edited in October 2021.

Collaborator of COTURNO Teatro and Caramana Cultural Circuit since 2013, participating in promotional poster designs and musicalizations of theatrical productions.

He has directed music videos and short films, and was in charge of the audiovisual editing and graphic art of the documentary Allen Report: Retracing Transnational African Methodism, by Alanna Lockward (nominated for Best Documentary at La Silla Awards 2017), and the short film Cosas Que Pasan, by Danilo Rodríguez (nominated for Best Short Film at La Silla Awards 2019).

He is part of the rock band Pranam as a vocalist, guitarist and composer.

It is her. In October 2021, she opened her first individual exhibition ARCANAS: Afro-Caribbean and feminine Transfiguration of the Tarot, at the Dominican-German Cultural Center in the city of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. A preliminary selection debuted at the 3rd Multidisciplinary Exhibition Mujeres Puro Arte – Mujer, Arte y Magia, at Casa de Cultura in Puerto Plata, March 2021.
